The JoAnn Gonzalez Hickey collection was housed in a dedicated studio and gallery space located in Manhattan.

The studio provides for easy and direct access to over 80% of the collection, much of which is archived in flat files, racks and clam boxes. Large scale works are accessible in a nearby storage facility. Ample and varied gallery space with magnetized walls allow for efficient and flexible installation of on-site exhibitions. Large windows provide safe natural light. Expansive work surfaces facilitate easy viewing and handling of drawings.

A comprehensive and digitized archival system, backed by research files, contains all essential imagery and data pertaining to each work in the collection. Students will be granted access to the program for at home research. A collection manager is available for administrative support.
